Abandoned cart recovery

Abandoned cart recovery is a marketing strategy used by e-commerce businesses to re-engage customers who have added products to their online shopping carts but have not completed the purchase. When a potential customer adds items to their cart but leaves the website or app without completing the transaction, the cart is considered "abandoned."

Abandoned cart recovery involves automated or targeted actions aimed at bringing these potential customers back to complete their purchase. This strategy recognizes that visitors who have shown interest in products by adding them to the cart are more likely to convert into actual customers with a little encouragement.
 

Steps to enable Abandoned Cart recovery?

1. Login to your OutdoCart’s Admin Panel by entering your Registered mail ID and Password. To log in Click here

2. Click on Apps in the Dashboard

3. Scroll down and first install the Abandoned Cart recovery option. Then you will get an option to Configure.

4. Change the status to Enable as shown in the screenshot below

5. As required select the Minutes/Hours/Days, set the timings, and then click the Submit button.
