Yes, there are recommended timings for sending abandoned cart emails. Sending an abandoned cart email within the first hour of cart abandonment can be highly effective. This is because the potential customer's intent is still fresh in their mind, and a prompt reminder may prompt them to complete their purchase.
Step 1: Login to your OutdoCart’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To login Click here
Step 2: Select the 'Apps' section in the admin panel.
Step 3: In the 'Apps' section, navigate to the 'Others' subsection and click on 'Abandoned Cart Configuration'
Step 4: You can enable the status and send reminders as you wish to the customer. You can choose to send reminders after a certain number of minutes, hours, or days. The countdown will start as soon as a cart is created or updated and left abandoned.
