How to add a WhatsApp chat plugin to my ecommerce store?
This Article is for stores running on Standard plan or higher
1. Loginto your OutdoCart’s admin panel by entering your Registered mail ID and Password.To log in Click here
2. Click on Apps In the Dashboard
3. Scroll down and first install the WhatsApp option. Then you will get an option to Configure.
4. Change the status to Enable - Enter the WhatsApp Mobile Number and add any custom message that you want to receive from customers. Then click on Submit.
5. Once you click on submit, the WhatsApp logo will be displayed on the website in the bottom right corner, as shown in the screenshot below. Your customers can directly reach out to you by clicking on the “WhatsApp” icon on the website.
