Can I send notifications for orders, shipping, offers, tracking, and cancellations?

Yes, you can efficiently send notifications for orders, shipping updates, special offers, tracking information, and cancellations through SMS and email.

1. Login to your OutdoCart’s admin panel by entering your Registered mail ID and Password. To log in Click here

2. Go to Outdocart Dashboard and click on Marketing; then click on SMS and Email

3. Then click on Templates

4. You can see the Generic templates which are automated. You can change the status of the templates to Active/ Inactive

5. You can choose to send either an Email or an SMS, based on the actions and templates

6. You can edit the email templates, click on the action button ( three dots on the right  corner of the row of the template ) you want to edit

7. As shown in the screenshots below you can 
    Select Either to send an Email or SMS  
    Select to send both an Email and an SMS

8. As mentioned previously you can edit the email templates

Note :- Due to restrictions from TRAI ( Telecom Regulatory Authority of India ), SMS templates cannot be edited and new templates cannot be added. However, email templates can be added or edited with no restrictions.
