We have integrated Shiprocket and WareIQ. If you use these services, the details will be updated automatically like the tracking number, sent date & time, and estimated delivery date & time.
But if you add a third-party courier vendor, you should manually input the tracking number, sent date & time, and estimated delivery date & time.
How to add a third-party courier vendor to my e-commerce store?
1. Login to your OutdoCart Admin Panel by entering your Registered mail ID and Password. Use the URL to log in - Click Here
2. In the Dashboard, click on “Settings”
3. Click on “Shipping”
4. Click on “Courier Vendors”
5. Click on “Add Courier Vendor"
6. Please provide the name of the courier vendor, and the tracking URL, and click "Save."
